Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior Associate, People Analytics will design and optimize hiring systems, conduct data analysis to inform hiring strategies, and build dashboards for executive decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Translate talent and business questions into analysis, including performance trends and capacity modeling
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for executive leaders and talent teams
  • Conduct hands-on data analysis using SQL and BI tools to generate insights that influence hiring strategy
Required qualifications
  • 2-5+ years in an analytical, operations, or business strategy role, preferably from consulting firms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and Excel/Sheets
  • Experience working with Talent systems and a systems-thinking approach to workflows
  • Curiosity and high judgment with the ability to clarify ambiguous problems
  • A builder's mindset, demonstrating resourcefulness and clarity in complex situations
