Senior Associate, Performance Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Performance Marketing to join their performance marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize paid search campaigns to drive new renter growth, focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Identify new keyword opportunities and audience segments to expand reach and diversify acquisition strategies
• Analyze search performance data to uncover growth opportunities and deliver actionable insights to inform decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2+ years focused on paid search/SEM
• Proven track record managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Strong understanding of the search marketing funnel and proficiency in tracking and analyzing relevant metrics
• Experience in developing and scaling new search campaigns and keyword strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
