Job Summary

Supporting the execution of a unified sports business strategy, the full-time Senior Associate, Predictions Operations will manage timely prediction markets, collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market campaigns, and oversee game day operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sports strategy by launching differentiated prediction markets across various sports
• Partner with multiple teams to deliver go-to-market campaigns and live event activations
• Support game day operations, responding to live moments and promotions during peak sports seasons

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of sports and live event dynamics across multiple leagues
• Curiosity about prediction markets and their relation to traditional sports betting
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset to refine strategies
