Senior Associate, Pricing Strategy

Job Summary

Supporting the development and implementation of pricing and reimbursement strategies, the full-time remote Senior Associate, Pricing Strategy will conduct analyses, manage coverage decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payer coverage within pricing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pricing, reimbursement, and contracting analyses to support portfolio strategy decisions
• Manage coverage and pricing decisions while coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track payer coverage and portfolio performance across the inflammation portfolio

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, contracting, finance, or healthcare
• Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting pricing, contracting, forecasting, or gross-to-net analyses
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with experience interpreting complex data
• Familiarity with commercial and government pricing dynamics and payer contracting structures
