Senior Associate, Private Equity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Private Equity Independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial triage of incoming requests for guidance in independence matters from engagement personnel
• Maintain affiliate trees for private equity client relationships in the firm's entity management system
• Assist in the development and presentation of independence-related training, tools, and guidance

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience in public accounting within assurance
• Basic knowledge of the impact of regulatory controls on business conditions
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Able to adapt quickly to changes in the regulatory environment, industry, and the firm
• Ability to work collaboratively with the independence team and engagement teams
