Senior Associate Producer

Job Summary

Co-leading a team of Associate Producers, the full-time Senior Associate Producer will manage the development and production of episodes, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while collaborating across multiple projects in a flexible hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all episodes across development, production, and post-production stages
• Oversee media asset management and post-production coordination for assigned projects
• Mentor Associate Producers and lead weekly team meetings to reinforce collaborative workflows

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of production or post-production experience in a studio or network environment
• Bachelor's degree in Television Production, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong knowledge of production workflows and post-production technology
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Air Table
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
