Senior Associate, Product Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate of New Product Development to support the execution of new product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the new product launch process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and facilitate communication among teams involved in product launches
• Track product testing activities and maintain accurate project documentation and budget support

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management and/or new product development in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry
• Experience managing end-to-end project timelines and working with cross-functional partners
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple timelines and deliverables
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, is a plus
