Job Summary

Senior Associate Product Manager, responsible for overseeing the product vision and roadmap for a unified background investigations platform, ensuring customer migrations are executed smoothly, and maintaining existing commitments, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the combined Vetted + MMI background investigations platform
• Define and execute the migration strategy for transitioning customers from legacy platforms
• Maintain momentum on final implementations for existing deals on the legacy platform

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Experience managing significant product transitions or migrations
• Strong skills in customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity in complex situations
• Familiarity with agile environments and standard product management tools
