Senior Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Colleague Product team, the full-time Senior Associate Product Manager will enhance Oracle Career and Performance, Learning, and Recruiting systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional colleague experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining business requirements, writing user stories, and refining the product backlog
• Perform data and process analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Support Agile ceremonies to drive iterative product delivery and prepare product documentation

Required qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM and AI-enabled HR technologies
• Strong analytical skills with a background in requirements gathering and process documentation
• Familiarity with Agile tools, particularly Jira for managing team boards and backlogs
• Exposure to product management or business analysis in technology or HR systems
• Enthusiasm for creating exceptional products and services with empathy for end-users
