Senior Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Providing U.S.-hours product management and operational ownership, the full-time Senior Associate Product Manager will oversee Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 automation, including configuration coordination, license governance, and rollout management, while collaborating with teams across the U.S. and India.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational ownership of Microsoft Copilot and M365 automation services, ensuring effective configuration and documentation
• Oversee license governance, automated audits, and reporting to ensure compliance and business value
• Plan and manage rollouts and change management processes, including training coordination and post-release reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or platform operations, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform suite
• Strong skills in product judgment, requirements definition, and stakeholder alignment
• Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Power BI
