Senior Associate, Product Strategy

Job Summary

Working as a strategic and operational partner to product teams, the full-time salaried Senior Associate, Product Strategy will improve product strategy, operating rhythms, and execution while collaborating cross-functionally to tackle complex business problems and enhance decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product leaders to identify strategic opportunities and drive high-impact improvements
• Lead project-based work across product planning, roadmap processes, and KPI development
• Build scalable operating systems that enhance team workflows and decision-making frameworks

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, or a similar analytical role
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with data to inform business decisions
• Experience in developing operational systems, workflows, or internal tools
• Strong analytical background with expertise in KPI design and performance tracking
• Bachelor's degree required
