Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Product Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand health monitoring, including daily dashboard review, issue flagging, and brand outreach
- Serve as the first escalation point for brand health and tracking questions
- Identify patterns and root causes of issues, providing recommendations for improvements to Engineering and Product
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or product support
- Strong project management instincts with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Technical understanding of tracking issues and integration problems
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
