Senior Associate Product Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Product Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Own brand health monitoring, including daily dashboard review, issue flagging, and brand outreach
• Serve as the first escalation point for brand health and tracking questions
• Identify patterns and root causes of issues, providing recommendations for improvements to Engineering and Product

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or product support
• Strong project management instincts with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Technical understanding of tracking issues and integration problems
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
