Senior Associate Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Programs to support community management within the NASA Space Apps Challenge.

Key Responsibilities

• Support program implementation and operations, including creating meeting agendas and ensuring deliverables are met
• Facilitate and engage with the NASA Space Apps community through meetings and virtual workshops
• Assist in program and resource design by gathering community feedback and preparing documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in community engagement and/or project management
• Experience in event management and program implementation
• Familiarity with online collaboration tools, such as Slack and Asana
• Proven ability to work across diverse cultural contexts
