Senior Associate, Proposal Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Proposal Development and Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple groups and vendors in the preparation of client deliverables
• Develop proposal responses and applicable budget responses for client RFPs and RFIs
• Partner with various departments to finalize program documents, budgets, and specifications

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in proposal and/or RFI preparation in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Minimal travel required
