Senior Associate Proposal Pricing

Job Summary

Managing the trial budget process, the full-time Senior Associate Proposal Pricing will oversee budget development, collaborate with project teams, and analyze customer service needs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trial budget processes, including cost analysis and budget maintenance throughout the trial lifecycle
• Interface with project teams to build relationships and gather business intelligence for financial and operational activities
• Oversee the pricing development lifecycle, from customer need identification to proposal preparation and submission

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Sciences or Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
• Three years of relevant industry experience with an understanding of CRO services and clinical trial processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent writing and communication skills
