Senior Associate, Proposals

Job Summary

To support new business pursuits, the full-time remote Senior Associate, Proposals will manage the creation of customized pitches and proposals, coordinate project activities, and maintain sales collateral while leveraging insights from client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute proposal strategies by generating high-quality pitches, proposals, and presentations for new business and renewals
• Project manage the creation of RFP responses and pitches through coordination and content development
• Maintain data and insights relevant to new business pursuits, including the development of sales collateral

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing
• 3 - 5 years of related experience, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Real Estate
• Strong creative skills with knowledge of graphic design and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Technologically savvy with strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
• Enjoyment in working on pitches, pursuits, and presentations with a commitment to client service
