Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of Medical Groups, driving adoption of the Stellar Health platform
• Collaborate with Provider Implementations to ensure effective onboarding and engagement in the Stellar Program
• Utilize data and feedback to develop strategies that improve provider performance and patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare or healthtech, preferably in Account Management, Sales, or Success
• Proven ability to influence clinical and executive stakeholders
• Experience translating complex data into clear narratives for various audiences
• Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving account performance issues
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data dashboards (Tableau/GSuite)
