Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Recovery Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal case load and assist in settlement negotiations
• Prepare Demand Letters and Complaints, including data analysis and coordination with clients
• Maintain case trackers and support junior staff in managing group responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in litigation or managing preference matters is preferred
• Familiarity with the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and bankruptcy processes
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Ability to manage data and perform independent analyses
• Experience in case communications and document preparation is advantageous
