Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Regulatory Affairs, Promotional Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and review of promotional materials and provide guidance to project owners
• Collaborate with brand teams to prioritize material reviews based on business needs
• Support the preparation of regulatory submissions and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional partners

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a scientific or health-related discipline with a minimum of 2+ years of regulatory experience
• General knowledge of advertising and promotional regulations and best practices
• Experience with electronic content management systems, particularly Veeva PromoMats
• Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
