Job Summary

Data-driven and strategic, the full-time Senior Associate, Regulatory Strategy will influence cross-functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into operational changes while managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product, Marketing, and Operations to implement regulatory changes effectively
• Prioritize tasks and pivot quickly to meet regulatory deadlines while ensuring alignment across teams
• Develop and maintain robust processes that endure beyond immediate regulatory needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related fields; high-growth experience preferred
• Proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel for complex data analysis
• Experience in contributing to large projects and achieving team goals
• Ability to navigate ambiguous regulatory language and provide clear recommendations
