Senior Associate Relations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting multiple brands and Customer Engagement Centers, the full-time salaried Senior Associate Relations Manager will manage associate relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide HR consultation while collaborating with various leadership teams across the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Manage associate relations for high-risk HR issues across multiple brands and locations
• Act as an escalation point for compliance and governance matters, ensuring adherence to company policies
• Utilize analytical tools to identify trends and support the development of performance improvement plans

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in hotel-based HR management or corporate HR
• Knowledge of employment law for Canada and familiarity with US state laws
• Experience in interviewing and investigation techniques
• Bachelor's degree preferred; SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
• Fluency in French is preferred
