Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Associate Relations Managers to handle code of conduct matters and policy violations
• Provide strategic support and coaching to various leadership levels regarding associate relations issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address complex associate relations challenges while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (required)
• 7 years of experience in conducting investigations (required)
• 7 years of experience in Employee and Labor Relations or a related field (preferred)
• 3 years of related Human Resources experience (preferred)
• 3 years of business management experience (preferred)
