Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Financial Benefits - Retirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the handling of escalated or complex cases involving the administration of benefits
- Oversee and negotiate SOP creation and adherence with partners, while resolving complex benefit inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to improve systems and track recurring processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Experience with partnership management
- Knowledge of Employer Sponsored Benefit Plans required
- QKA, RPF certification, or equivalent strongly preferred
