Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Financial Benefits - Retirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the handling of escalated or complex cases involving the administration of benefits
  • Oversee and negotiate SOP creation and adherence with partners, while resolving complex benefit inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to improve systems and track recurring processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Experience with partnership management
  • Knowledge of Employer Sponsored Benefit Plans required
  • QKA, RPF certification, or equivalent strongly preferred
