Senior Associate, Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering price estimate services within Revenue Cycle System Services, the full-time Senior Associate, Revenue Cycle will manage the intake of estimate information, processing of estimates, and insurance verification while adhering to departmental standards, working remotely after an initial two-week on-site training period.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake of estimate information via phone or online requests
• Process price estimates and conduct insurance verifications
• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting productivity and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Experience in revenue cycle management or related field
• Proficiency in processing insurance estimates and verifications
• Ability to handle higher complexity tasks than those expected from RCS-Associate
• Demonstrated capability to meet higher productivity and quality standards
• Availability to complete two weeks of on-site training
