Senior Associate Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate in Restructuring and Turnaround Services, specializing in Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytical workstreams focusing on reimbursement performance, denial management, and payer contract compliance
• Conduct comprehensive denial analyses and perform underpayment audits to identify revenue at risk
• Prepare analytical exhibits and client-facing deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in provider and/or payer analytics, with expertise in reimbursement analysis and denial management
• Extensive knowledge of reimbursement methodologies, fee schedules, and payment structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with major EHR systems and knowledge of healthcare billing conventions
