Senior Associate, Revenue Operations

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence and enable revenue growth, the full-time hybrid Senior Associate, Revenue Operations will manage sales operations, develop reporting frameworks, and optimize revenue technology while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Sales organization
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and productivity
• Collaborate with various teams to improve go-to-market processes and enhance operational efficiency through technology and automation

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM Operations functions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of Sales Operations disciplines, including forecasting and pipeline management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and data management
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools
