Senior Associate, RFP Development
Job Summary
Leading the Request for Proposal function, the full-time Senior Associate, RFP Development will coordinate and complete customer-facing proposal responses while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete RFP, RFI, and proposal submissions according to customer requirements and deadlines
- Collaborate with various departments to gather accurate responses and supporting documentation for proposals

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 2+ years of experience in RFP/RFI support, proposal management, or a related business function
- Experience in the healthcare, medical products, or technology-enabled healthcare industry preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workflow management tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
