Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enablement lifecycle for Commerce Platform sellers, including content creation, delivery, and reporting
- Lead onboarding and upskilling programs for Commerce Platform AEs and SDRs, customizing content for the product suite
- Track training engagement and adoption metrics to identify gaps and improve the learner experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, L&D, sales operations, or a related GTM function
- Strong training execution skills, including content development and facilitation
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Chorus)
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities in training programs
- Data-driven mindset for evaluating program effectiveness and informing improvements
