Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the enablement lifecycle for Commerce Platform sellers, including content creation, delivery, and reporting
  • Lead onboarding and upskilling programs for Commerce Platform AEs and SDRs, customizing content for the product suite
  • Track training engagement and adoption metrics to identify gaps and improve the learner experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, L&D, sales operations, or a related GTM function
  • Strong training execution skills, including content development and facilitation
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Chorus)
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities in training programs
  • Data-driven mindset for evaluating program effectiveness and informing improvements
