Senior Associate Sales Trainer

Job Summary

To support the Employee Benefits Division, the full-time remote Senior Associate Sales Trainer will design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that empower stakeholders to enhance sales performance and drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, and delivery of training programs aligned with divisional goals
• Applies adult learning theory and instructional design models to create engaging content across various modalities
• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet strategic objectives

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred, along with industry certifications (e.g., CPTD/APTD)
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and delivery, preferably in financial services or insurance
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate)
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with learning management systems
