Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and provide technical guidance for client benefits websites and conduct quality assurance testing
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve tickets within 24 hours, maintaining thorough knowledge of internal systems
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or client services roles
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Functionality)
  • Solid technical background with strong analytical skills
