Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide technical guidance for client benefits websites, including updates and quality assurance testing
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve tickets within 24 hours while maintaining knowledge of internal systems
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in benefits administration system configuration
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid technical background and strong analytical skills
