Senior Associate, Service Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide technical guidance for client benefits websites, including updates and quality assurance testing
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve tickets within 24 hours while maintaining knowledge of internal systems
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and drive continuous process improvements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in benefits administration system configuration
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Solid technical background and strong analytical skills
