Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Service Delivery- Mid Market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide technical guidance for implementing and updating client benefits websites
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve tickets within 24 hours, ensuring thorough knowledge of internal systems
• Drive continuous process improvements and assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in benefits administration system configuration
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Functionality)
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Solid technical background
