Job Summary

To support client implementations and enhance service delivery, the remote Senior Associate, Service Delivery will manage client benefits websites, provide advanced operational support, and mentor team members while upholding the company's core values.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues, maintaining ownership and providing proactive updates
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of client benefits websites, ensuring quality assurance and issue resolution
  • Prepare and deliver training and presentations to clients, facilitating engagement and understanding of services
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, including hands-on support of benefits platforms
  • 3+ years in a client services role
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Solid technical background with experience in benefits administration systems; familiarity with payroll systems preferred
