Senior Associate Strategic Finance

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance, the full-time Senior Associate, Strategic Finance will manage and enhance the company's forecasting, planning, and reporting capabilities while collaborating with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and financial models in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and scale the company operating model
• Drive annual planning, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing performance analysis
• Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders to develop financial models and prepare quarterly reporting materials for the board

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a relevant field
• 2+ years of corporate FP&A experience, with an additional 2+ years in investment banking, finance/accounting, or consulting preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling and corporate finance
• Experience with ERP and corporate financial planning tools
• Advanced skills in Office and Google applications (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides)
