Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Strategic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of strategic partner engagements and ensure alignment with SLAs and business objectives
• Track and analyze partner performance, identifying service delivery issues and coordinating incident response activities
• Evaluate operational processes for outsourcing viability and support transformation initiatives to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party/vendor service relationships in operations or BPO environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive performance improvements
• Experience applying process engineering principles to analyze workflows and implement improvements
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders
• Familiarity with contract structures and vendor performance governance frameworks is preferred
