Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of strategic partner engagements and ensure alignment with SLAs and business objectives
• Track and analyze partner performance, translating insights into actionable improvements
• Evaluate operational processes for outsourcing viability and support transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting third-party/vendor service relationships in an operations or BPO environment
• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and drive performance improvements
• Experience applying process engineering principles to analyze workflows
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders
• Familiarity with contract structures and vendor performance governance frameworks
