Key Responsibilities

• Support management of assets by turning strategic plans into actionable market-level moves
• Lead and support cross-functional projects to ensure smooth allocation processes during peak seasons or market launches
• Use data to drive decision-making and develop models for resource allocation based on performance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or project management
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets and data management skills; SQL proficiency a plus
• Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree is a plus
• Experience in high-growth companies is a plus
