Senior Associate, Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Strategy/Private Equity (Contractor, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and performance improvement projects for private equity clients, managing all aspects from scoping to presenting results
• Develop client value propositions linking strategic, financial, and operational metrics to business improvements
• Serve as the day-to-day project manager, ensuring effective problem formulation and actionable resolutions for complex challenges

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent, client-facing consulting experience in strategy at a major firm, with a focus on private equity
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
• Proven ability to address strategic issues in value creation, growth strategy, or business model transformation
• Experience in one or more key sectors (e.g., Industrial Markets, Consumer/Retail, Technology) is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
