Senior Associate, Strategy and Operations

Job Summary

To support the GTM Growth team in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Associate, Strategy and Operations will design playbooks, conduct comprehensive analysis, and implement processes to drive merchant success and business growth in new verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Build high-impact playbooks, models, and processes to accelerate new business growth
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to scale new business initiatives effectively
• Conduct data-driven analysis to solve key business challenges and inform strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce and/or logistics
• Strong cross-functional project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and assess trade-offs in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in creating structured documentation and processes
• Curiosity about business operations and a willingness to challenge the status quo
