A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination for internal R&D programs
• Support platform-related initiatives, ensuring seamless operations for the NeoLink platform
• Manage the CRO portfolio to ensure alignment with program priorities and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life sciences discipline, preferably biology or chemistry
• 2-5 years of experience in AI-driven drug discovery, CRO/vendor management, or data product management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Python, and GitHub
• Experience in strategy and operations, ideally in a high-pressure multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing multiple projects
