Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations

Job Summary

Focused on launching an exciting new product, the full-time Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations will manage the merchant go-to-market strategy, in-product reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own critical components of the merchant sales and onboarding process
• Design and execute experiments to optimize partner value and customer experience
• Analyze performance metrics and develop actionable insights to inform strategy

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, design, investment banking, or related fields
• Proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes in high-growth environments
• Experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams
• Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans
• Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
