Job Summary

Owning the Dasher and delivery experience for catering, the full-time Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations will manage logistics, analyze operational details, and implement solutions to ensure timely and accurate catering deliveries, working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery quality for catering, ensuring on-time arrival and proper setup
• Develop and test logistics models to optimize catering delivery processes
• Analyze individual deliveries to identify breakdowns and implement operational fixes

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy & operations, logistics, or management consulting
• Proven track record of managing operational issues from diagnosis to implementation
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and insight generation
• Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization
