Job Summary
To support the strategic expansion of student opportunities, the full-time remote Senior Associate, Student Affairs will manage scholar engagement initiatives, coordinate milestone programs, and ensure alignment with the diverse needs of scholars across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Manage key student opportunities and scholar engagement activities, including the NEON Alumni Board and scholarship program nominations
- Partner with the Director of College Access to support the College Access Mentors initiative and monitor program implementation
- Assist with the logistical coordination of the Carnegie Merit Scholars Program and related admissions events
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in student affairs or program management
- Demonstrated experience in managing program logistics and utilizing data to evaluate success metrics
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and operational priorities
- Commitment to advancing educational equity and supporting underserved student populations
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Canvas, and familiarity with social media analytics preferred
