Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition - Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for consultant, professional, and technical roles in the public sector
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance recruiting strategies
• Contribute to or manage large projects and identify improvements to enhance recruiting performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition/recruiting
• Five or more years of experience in public sector or professional services recruiting
• Proven ability to source high-caliber talent in a competitive job market
• Strong organizational skills with experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of OFCCP regulations and strong Boolean sourcing capabilities
