Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate to manage and support early career talent strategy within the Research organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing early career talent programs, including program lifecycle processes and talent pipeline expansion
  • Execute meeting management for the Research Early Career Talent Steering Committee and organize related events
  • Develop metrics and reports to evaluate talent program effectiveness and enhance the talent experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 5 years, or a high school diploma with 12 years of experience in HR, Talent, or organizational development
  • Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Life Sciences
  • Experience in developing and executing talent strategies and programs
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; certification in HR or project management is a plus
