Senior Associate Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex project execution, the full-time Senior Associate Technical Program Manager will focus on risk mitigation, technical alignment, and process optimization while collaborating effectively to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive execution of the Database strategy across on-prem and public cloud, translating executive strategy into measurable roadmaps and delivery plans
- Lead large cross-functional technical programs, establishing governance, KPIs, and ensuring predictable execution across teams
- Partner with Engineering and FinOps to optimize database spend and track KPIs for cloud cost and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in program delivery or project management within a technology-focused environment
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies and the full life cycle of product development
- Experience with project management software tools, such as JIRA or Confluence
- Certification in SPC, SA, PMI-ACP, or PMP is a plus
