Senior Associate Technology Operations

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Associate Technology Operations, the candidate will ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and resiliency of enterprise applications in distributed and cloud environments, leveraging expertise in software engineering, production support, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for complex enterprise applications and distributed platforms, focusing on design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions
• Monitor and improve operational metrics, diagnose production incidents, and apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to enhance platform performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, automate, and support highly available distributed systems while driving modernization and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Distributed Application Support and Platform Engineering
• Strong experience with Java-based microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Ansible, and Jenkins
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
