Job Summary

Executing daily trade operations workflows, the full-time Senior Associate, Trading Operations (NY Licensed) will manage cash, position, and trade reconciliations while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and risk controls in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily trade operations workflows, including cash, position, and trade reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades and resolve trade breaks
• Partner with Compliance, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to support regulatory reporting and system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in brokerage or trade operations at a broker-dealer, exchange, or clearing firm
• Working knowledge of the FINRA/SEC regulatory framework applicable to broker-dealers
• Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with trading and clearing systems
• FINRA Series 99 required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
