Senior Associate Transaction Advisory

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements and manage workflow
• Review and analyze financial statements and identify deal issues and business risks
• Supervise and coach Associates while contributing to engagement planning and practice development initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory, Audit, or a related finance role
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and the M&A process
• Proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and financial analytics
