Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Diligence - Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute financial due diligence reviews for potential acquisitions of small businesses
  • Develop financial analyses and pro forma financial models, including income statements and cash flows
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining key findings, risks, and opportunities for the investment team
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of accounting and buy-side transaction experience in an advisory or private equity setting
  • CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred
  • Experience with mid-market accounting firms is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated capabilities in evaluating small to medium-sized businesses
  • Strong interest in empowering employee ownership in small businesses
